"The workshop went better than I ever expected. We certainly got what we hoped for, which was someone to assist us with a framework for our IT strategy and to refine it into something to align with the business. We achieved that, and the facilitators managed our stakeholder groups very well and extracted some great insights from us.
This is the first time I've done a face-to-face workshop with Info-Tech, and I think the value from this type of engagement is immense. I cannot believe how much work we covered in 4 days!"

Thought Leadership
For IT leaders, the initial Covid-19 crisis is over. The reports from IT leaders I’ve been working with, are that their users are now successfully working remotely from home. An initiative that normally would have taken months to deliver, was delivered in days or just a few weeks! With that, came a big sigh of relief, pats on the shoulder, and a chance to take a deep breath.

Beware the "New Normal": It Is Not As Certain as We May Hope
| Senior Executive Advisor, Info-Tech Research Group
I don’t really like the term “new normal,” because I think it’s dangerous and it lulls us into a false sense of a new certainty rather than preparing us for ongoing change. I very much prefer the term ”next normal,” as I think it conveys the necessarily transient nature of many of our personal and organizational responses to dramatic and changing times, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.
